John Dunn, CCIM,  RPA, is the owner and broker of Dunn and Company, LLC. He has owned, leased, managed and sold commercial and residential property since 1982. For almost ten years John specialized in the management of over 350,000 square feet of medical office space and many homes on Denver's Centura Porter Care Hospital Campus.  John graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the "Real Property Administrator" (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. John is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. He also is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serves on the local chapter's board of directors.

Peter Musser is a broker with Dunn and Company. Pete works with a lot of investors and first time home buyers. He is originally from Minnesota but got to Colorado as soon as he could. Pete graduated from Colorado Christian University and in 2006 returned from two years in Panama where he had the privilege of serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer with his wife Allison. Pete has experience as a property manager, real estate broker and investor. He is passionate about Real Estate and looks forward to helping you meet your personal Real Estate needs and goals.

Chris Drohosky is a realtor with Dunn and Company. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's in Construction Management and worked as a Project Manager in the Denver area for over 14 years. Chris' passion for construction, investing and real estate brought him to his present career. He is now able to successfully utilize his construction background along with his knowledge of the Denver real estate market to help individuals and investors reach their goals. He recently joined Dunn and Co. but has previously worked for Keller Williams and Your Castle Real Estate. He enjoys fly fishing, archery, and hunting and has 2 beautiful labs.

 


Leslie Steggs has been with Dunn & Company, LLC for four years and is currently serving as the Property Manager, overseeing approximately 250 single family homes, duplexes and apartment units.  Leslie holds her Colorado Real Estate Brokerage License.  Leslie currently has ownership interest in several residential investment properties and hopes to grow her portfolio in the upcoming years.  She grew up in Nebraska and moved to Colorado in 1982.  Leslie is happily married with three children and a son-in-law.  In her spare time, Leslie enjoys camping, gardening and candy.

Stephanie Carrera is a property manager with Dunn and Company.  She has been in Property Management since 2000. Stephanie became a Licensed Realtor in 2003, and has been an active member of the South Metro Board of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since that time. Stephanie has a passion for working as a Property Manager. When she is not working, you will find her enjoying spending quality time with her husband and 2 year old son.
