Denver County foreclosure filings totaled 619 properties in July, which put Denver County in third place for the most foreclosure filings in Colorado for the month. Arapahoe County had the most foreclosures, with 782 properties in July, followed by El Paso County with 624.

These numbers are down from 2009, but foreclosures are still a great real estate investment opportunity.
